This versatile, multi-brand tool provides real-time access to the values and operating conditions of all HIPOWER generator sets powered by electronic engines, regardless of the engine manufacturer.

The “HIPOWER Diagnostic tool” software facilitates fault code reading, making it an indispensable tool for ensuring maintenance quality. "One of its key benefits is its ability to perform maintenance and repairs on all our generator sets, regardless of the engine manufacturer," explains JOSE GALINDO, HIPOWER’s Director of Product Support.
He adds that this tool, now available to our customers and service technicians, not only streamlines the equipment repair process by providing access to detailed technical information, images, graphics, and diagrams for any model being diagnosed, but also regenerates the after-treatment systems in HIPOWER generators.
The HIPOWER Diagnostic Tool assists users in identifying failure codes, locating parts, and performing actions such as calibrating sensors, configuring operating parameters, and replacing or regenerating the DPF. It is supported by a specialized technical support service and offers upgrades to enhance its functionality.
"This tool will undoubtedly enable our customers to diagnose their HIPOWER equipment with greater efficiency and precision,” explains Anthony Buccini, HIPOWER's Parts Manager. Adding that the tool comes with a carrying case to store cables, a flash drive, and a software license for accessing the control interface and performing maintenance and repairs. The tool is now available to order through the Parts Department.
